Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Mercedes E-Class is moderately cheaper – starting at 50,500 £ , while the Cadillac OPTIQ costs 55,700 £ . That’s a price difference of around 5,224 £.

As for electric range, the Cadillac OPTIQ offers considerably more range – reaching up to 425 km, about 309 km more than the Mercedes E-Class.
