I had the 58 kW and now I have the 77 kW, fantastic cars, lovely to drive, excellent range, on average 18 kWh per 100 km, without ever driving to save energy (on the motorway I keep around 130 km/h), great stability on rough surfaces or in snow. I suffer a lot from back pain and I feel very comfortable in the Born.

It's a very good sporty and comfortable car, light and powerful with very good handling. The vehicle is very comfortable and pleasant; I tried it — it's the one I recommend. It's reasonably priced depending on the engine.

Drives great. Responsive. Sporty but relaxed. Fairly intuitive controls. Just a bit more character than the Audi. (I've driven both) and after 2 months and 12,000 km in the Terramar, the Cupra is my favorite

My impressions are based on only a three-day test drive, and they are excellent. The test drive "convinced" me to buy the Cupra Terramar, and I am currently waiting for the model I ordered.

Test drove both, Terramar is more liveable for a family as more practical with larger interior space and feels more premium overall. The Formentor in VZ form is super fast and agile and great fun to drive, but feels less premium all round. I also think the Terramar looks nicer inside and out.

Both are very good. The range and energy consumption is beter in the cupra. The cupra is also more responsive and it handles beter. The Kia is more spacious and slightly beter tech wise. The Kia is more a family car.

The Cupra Ateca is technically state-of-the-art. The interior tech is top-notch, the materials feel premium and are genuinely useful. But it’s still a car — a practical tool — and despite the excellent build quality and very solid engine performance, it remains affordable for the average buyer.

For me, a mature man, the "civilian" version was enough — an automatic, very well-equipped, with the 150‑hp engine in Magnetic Tech.

Terramar

Had a Terramar for nearly 12 months and it’s proven a great choice. Love the driving experience and that fact it’s less common than Tiguan/Q3 cousins. V2 spec gives you so much kit you don’t need any extras.
