Volvo V90 is clearly cheaper – starting at 62,300 £ , while the BMW XM costs 116,100 £ . That’s a price difference of around 53,837 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the Volvo V90 uses 0.8 L/100km and is considerably more efficient than the BMW XM with 4.7 L/100km. The difference is about 3.9 L/100km.

The Volvo V90 is the heir to the traditional "manor Volvo" and a concept in itself in terms of space and driving feel. My choice would be the V90, because it's a good dog car. I'd prefer the AWD Cross Country, as it would give me ground clearance for country roads and a higher driving position.
