When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

Maxus Deliver 3 is clearly cheaper – starting at 33,600 £ , while the Aiways U6 costs 41,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 7,646 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Aiways U6 is markedly more efficient: consuming 15.9 kWh/100km compared to 20.2 kWh/100km for the Maxus Deliver 3. That’s a difference of about 4.3 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the Aiways U6 offers noticeably more range – reaching up to 405 km, about 136 km more than the Maxus Deliver 3.

1) I trust the electric technology of the MAXUS more than the hybrid mechanics of the PEUGEOT.
2) If you compare the electric version of the Peugeot with the MAXUS, the Maxus clearly wins. It weighs 400 kg less than the PEUGEOT — which translates to carrying over 900 kg more — and it wears less, even down to the brake pads, than the Peugeot.
I'm thinking of buying a used MAXUS (the short one). I saw this week that there are loads of them four years old with under 30,000 km for €14,000, and they still have three or four years of manufacturer warranty left.
