Price and efficiency are key factors when choosing a car – and this is often where the real differences emerge.

smart #3 is significantly cheaper – starting at 42,000 £ , while the Mercedes EQS costs 80,900 £ . That’s a price difference of around 38,925 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Mercedes EQS is very slightly more efficient: consuming 15.5 kWh/100km compared to 16.3 kWh/100km for the smart #3. That’s a difference of about 0.8 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the Mercedes EQS offers clearly more range – reaching up to 920 km, about 465 km more than the smart #3.
