When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

BYD Atto 2 is substantially cheaper – starting at 27,400 £ , while the Mercedes GLA costs 38,800 £ . That’s a price difference of around 11,416 £.

As for electric range, the BYD Atto 2 offers substantially more range – reaching up to 430 km, about 356 km more than the Mercedes GLA.

I've done 6,000 km and I'm delighted. I haven't tried other EVs, but I'm thrilled with the BYD Atto 2. It's true I don't go on long trips — I do everything in the city and nearby, about 100 to 150 km a day — and honestly it's been great in every way. When I hit 300,000 km I'll tell you again. Haha
