Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

MG MG4 is moderately cheaper – starting at 36,800 £ , while the smart #3 costs 42,000 £ . That’s a price difference of around 5,143 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the MG MG4 is very slightly more efficient: consuming 16.1 kWh/100km compared to 16.3 kWh/100km for the smart #3. That’s a difference of about 0.2 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the MG MG4 offers a bit more range – reaching up to 545 km, about 90 km more than the smart #3.
