VinFast VF 8 is clearly cheaper – starting at 41,600 £ , while the NIO ET7 costs 59,900 £ . That’s a price difference of around 18,352 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the NIO ET7 is a bit more efficient: consuming 19 kWh/100km compared to 21.9 kWh/100km for the VinFast VF 8. That’s a difference of about 2.9 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the NIO ET7 offers somewhat more range – reaching up to 584 km, about 113 km more than the VinFast VF 8.
