I've driven 63,000 km in an automatic 2018 Suzuki Vitara 1.4 turbo S 4x4, 140 hp and 220 Nm of torque. Possibly the best engine for this car. Average consumption 5.8 L/100 km. Practical luggage space. Not the quietest, but solid build quality. Has air conditioning and adaptive cruise control. Physical buttons, no digital instrument cluster. There is a small screen with radio, music player, GPS and Android connectivity.

The Vitara is powerful, light and practical, with a 4-cylinder engine; flaws: plastic upper door trim and a less modern appearance.

De Vitara voelt aan alle kanten royaler aan dan de TYC. Geeft duidelijk meer zicht rondom de auto. De TYC is zeker in de bebouwde kom superzuinig. Het rijden met de Vitara geeft het gevoel in een grotere auto te rijden dan de TYC.

After trying both, I chose the Vitara for everyday use. In my view, its balance of performance, quality and price is superior.
