When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

Audi Q7 is markedly cheaper – starting at 70,600 £ , while the Lucid Gravity costs 85,600 £ . That’s a price difference of around 15,000 £.

As for electric range, the Lucid Gravity offers substantially more range – reaching up to 748 km, about 666 km more than the Audi Q7.

Constant faults with the touch door opening, the trunk, sign-reading and the front obstacle sensors. The service repaired it under warranty five times — they replaced wiring harnesses, a sensor, uploaded software — and then gave up. They told me they don’t know what else to do. That’s the customer care at a German premium brand. A car worth over 400,000 and they tell the customer they don’t know what to do. I paid the final installment and I’m giving the car back to them. I’m taking a Chinese BYD Seal U DM-i plug-in hybrid with better equipment for 165k after a discount from 225k. With that attitude to customers and those high prices, the Germans will have fewer and fewer people interested in their cars — but they’ve only got themselves to blame!!!
