Price and efficiency are often the first things buyers look at. Here it becomes clear which model has the long-term edge – whether at the pump, the plug, or in purchase price.

XPeng P7 is substantially cheaper – starting at 42,500 £ , while the BMW i7 costs 99,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 56,828 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the XPeng P7 is a bit more efficient: consuming 16.8 kWh/100km compared to 18.5 kWh/100km for the BMW i7. That’s a difference of about 1.7 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the BMW i7 offers very slightly more range – reaching up to 624 km, about 48 km more than the XPeng P7.
