Price and efficiency are key factors when choosing a car – and this is often where the real differences emerge.

BMW X1 is considerably cheaper – starting at 38,700 £ , while the Mercedes GLS costs 92,700 £ . That’s a price difference of around 54,005 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the BMW X1 uses 2.5 L/100km and is significantly more efficient than the Mercedes GLS with 7.9 L/100km. The difference is about 5.4 L/100km.
