Price and efficiency are often the first things buyers look at. Here it becomes clear which model has the long-term edge – whether at the pump, the plug, or in purchase price.

BYD Atto 2 is substantially cheaper – starting at 27,400 £ , while the Honda CR-V costs 42,800 £ . That’s a price difference of around 15,351 £.

As for electric range, the BYD Atto 2 offers clearly more range – reaching up to 430 km, about 352 km more than the Honda CR-V.

I've done 6,000 km and I'm delighted. I haven't tried other EVs, but I'm thrilled with the BYD Atto 2. It's true I don't go on long trips — I do everything in the city and nearby, about 100 to 150 km a day — and honestly it's been great in every way. When I hit 300,000 km I'll tell you again. Haha
