Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Mercedes T Class is clearly cheaper – starting at 23,000 £ , while the Lexus RX costs 63,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 40,333 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the Lexus RX uses 3.3 L/100km and is substantially more efficient than the Mercedes T Class with 5.1 L/100km. The difference is about 1.8 L/100km.

Engine and Performance:
