Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Mercedes E-Class is clearly cheaper – starting at 50,500 £ , while the Aston Martin DB12 costs 192,900 £ . That’s a price difference of around 142,367 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the Mercedes E-Class uses 1.5 L/100km and is clearly more efficient than the Aston Martin DB12 with 12.2 L/100km. The difference is about 10.7 L/100km.
