Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Nissan Leaf is clearly cheaper – starting at 30,800 £ , while the Mercedes G-Class costs 106,600 £ . That’s a price difference of around 75,776 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Nissan Leaf is considerably more efficient: consuming 13.7 kWh/100km compared to 28 kWh/100km for the Mercedes G-Class. That’s a difference of about 14.3 kWh/100km.
