Costs and Efficiency:

Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Geely E5 is somewhat cheaper – starting at 32,600 £ , while the MG MG4 costs 36,800 £ . That’s a price difference of around 4,286 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Geely E5 is marginally more efficient: consuming 15.8 kWh/100km compared to 16.1 kWh/100km for the MG MG4. That’s a difference of about 0.3 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the MG MG4 offers somewhat more range – reaching up to 545 km, about 70 km more than the Geely E5.

The MG4 seems more versatile to me than the Dolphin, which relies mainly on design. The MG4 has proven itself and remains an excellent used option with low mileage.
