MINI Countryman has a clearly advantage in terms of price – it starts at 31500 £, while the Polestar 5 costs 101700 £. That’s a price difference of around 70115 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the advantage goes to the MINI Countryman: with 15.70 kWh per 100 km, it’s somewhat more efficient than the Polestar 5 with 17.60 kWh. That’s a difference of about 1.90 kWh.

As for range, the Polestar 5 performs evident better – achieving up to 670 km, about 208 km more than the MINI Countryman.

Engine and Performance:

Power, torque and acceleration are the classic benchmarks for car enthusiasts – and here, some clear differences start to show.

In acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h, the Polestar 5 is clearly quicker – completing the sprint in 3.20 s, while the MINI Countryman takes 5.40 s. That’s about 2.20 s faster.

There’s no difference in top speed – both reach 250 km/h.

There’s also a difference in torque: Polestar 5 pulls clearly stronger with 1015 Nm compared to 494 Nm. That’s about 521 Nm difference.

Space and Everyday Use:

Cabin size, boot volume and payload all play a role in everyday practicality. Here, comfort and flexibility make the difference.
