Price and efficiency are key factors when choosing a car – and this is often where the real differences emerge.

Peugeot 508 is clearly cheaper – starting at 44,600 £ , while the Mercedes G-Class costs 106,600 £ . That’s a price difference of around 62,019 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the Peugeot 508 uses 1.6 L/100km and is considerably more efficient than the Mercedes G-Class with 8.7 L/100km. The difference is about 7.1 L/100km.

I've had the 225 Hybrid GT for two years. Super car if you have, say, solar panels on the roof and charge from a socket — with a 10–15 km commute you drive on electricity for next to nothing. On the motorway at 140 km/h it uses about 6.0–6.3 l/100 km, superb comfort and quietness — and that stylish look!!!
