Price and efficiency are often the first things buyers look at. Here it becomes clear which model has the long-term edge – whether at the pump, the plug, or in purchase price.

VinFast VF 8 is visibly cheaper – starting at 41,600 £ , while the Mercedes E-Class Estate costs 52,600 £ . That’s a price difference of around 11,070 £.

As for electric range, the VinFast VF 8 offers significantly more range – reaching up to 471 km, about 362 km more than the Mercedes E-Class Estate.
