BYD Atto 2 is barely cheaper – starting at 30,800 £ , while the Aiways U5 costs 33,900 £ . That’s a price difference of around 3,067 £.

Top car — 3.5 YEARS and 95,000 km and I haven't regretted it! Also, it only cost €33,000 in 2022 with the subsidy, and the ID.4 was totally bare‑bones.

I've done 6,000 km and I'm delighted. I haven't tried other EVs, but I'm thrilled with the BYD Atto 2. It's true I don't go on long trips — I do everything in the city and nearby, about 100 to 150 km a day — and honestly it's been great in every way. When I hit 300,000 km I'll tell you again. Haha
