Costs and Efficiency:

Price and efficiency are key factors when choosing a car – and this is often where the real differences emerge.

BMW 1 Series is noticeably cheaper – starting at 29,400 £ , while the VW Passat costs 36,500 £ . That’s a price difference of around 7,105 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the VW Passat uses 1.2 L/100km and is substantially more efficient than the BMW 1 Series with 4.3 L/100km. The difference is about 3.1 L/100km.

That's just a Passat. Too expensive in my opinion, but it's up to each person to decide whether to throw their money into VW's maw. The car itself is somehow a legend.
