Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Jaecoo 7 is noticeably cheaper – starting at 31,600 £ , while the Honda CR-V costs 42,800 £ . That’s a price difference of around 11,143 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the Jaecoo 7 uses 2.4 L/100km and is very slightly more efficient than the Honda CR-V with 2.6 L/100km. The difference is about 0.2 L/100km.

As for electric range, the Jaecoo 7 offers somewhat more range – reaching up to 90 km, about 12 km more than the Honda CR-V.

My 2026 CR‑V hybrid has had no problems. It’s quieter than my previous 2019 RAV4 hybrid. The exterior finish feels more solid across the whole vehicle. It’s less affected by crosswinds. I prefer the CR‑V’s driving. Its only drawback is that it uses just a little more fuel than the RAV4.

Very comfortable, lots of space, combined fuel consumption about 6 l, reliable, simple to operate, without unnecessary gadgets, very well made, easy to drive, a car for the city and long trips.

Good car, very comfortable. It still drinks petrol — I do a lot of driving, so the hybrid system only makes itself felt in traffic jams....
