Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

VW ID.5 is visibly cheaper – starting at 37,200 £ , while the Lexus NX costs 46,000 £ . That’s a price difference of around 8,863 £.

As for electric range, the VW ID.5 offers substantially more range – reaching up to 571 km, about 499 km more than the Lexus NX.

Engine and Performance:

Under the bonnet, it becomes clear which model is tuned for sportiness and which one takes the lead when you hit the accelerator.

Superb handling, averaging 89mpg, decent electric range, very comfortable to drive, good cabin space, good size touch screen, extremely quick, no better car to drive and live with.
