When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

SERES 3 is very slightly cheaper – starting at 32,900 £ , while the Maxus Deliver 3 costs 33,600 £ . That’s a price difference of around 735 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the SERES 3 is moderately more efficient: consuming 18 kWh/100km compared to 20.2 kWh/100km for the Maxus Deliver 3. That’s a difference of about 2.2 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the SERES 3 offers moderately more range – reaching up to 301 km, about 32 km more than the Maxus Deliver 3.

1) I trust the electric technology of the MAXUS more than the hybrid mechanics of the PEUGEOT.
2) If you compare the electric version of the Peugeot with the MAXUS, the Maxus clearly wins. It weighs 400 kg less than the PEUGEOT — which translates to carrying over 900 kg more — and it wears less, even down to the brake pads, than the Peugeot.
I'm thinking of buying a used MAXUS (the short one). I saw this week that there are loads of them four years old with under 30,000 km for €14,000, and they still have three or four years of manufacturer warranty left.
