Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

MG Cyberster is noticeably cheaper – starting at 55,700 £ , while the Lucid Air costs 72,900 £ . That’s a price difference of around 17,152 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Lucid Air is visibly more efficient: consuming 13 kWh/100km compared to 16.7 kWh/100km for the MG Cyberster. That’s a difference of about 3.7 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the Lucid Air offers substantially more range – reaching up to 882 km, about 375 km more than the MG Cyberster.

The review contains an error: the price of the Lucid Air being evaluated corresponds to a version that accelerates from 0–100 km/h in around 4.7 seconds, which is slower than the MG Cyberster. The sub-2-second acceleration figures refer to the Lucid Air Sapphire, which is the most expensive version with a much higher price.
