When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

BYD Atto 2 is very slightly cheaper – starting at 27,400 £ , while the MG HS costs 30,000 £ . That’s a price difference of around 2,571 £.

As for electric range, the BYD Atto 2 offers significantly more range – reaching up to 430 km, about 330 km more than the MG HS.

I've done 6,000 km and I'm delighted. I haven't tried other EVs, but I'm thrilled with the BYD Atto 2. It's true I don't go on long trips — I do everything in the city and nearby, about 100 to 150 km a day — and honestly it's been great in every way. When I hit 300,000 km I'll tell you again. Haha
