Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

MG MG4 is clearly cheaper – starting at 36,800 £ , while the Mercedes EQE SUV costs 71,600 £ . That’s a price difference of around 34,705 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the MG MG4 is moderately more efficient: consuming 16.1 kWh/100km compared to 18.3 kWh/100km for the Mercedes EQE SUV. That’s a difference of about 2.2 kWh/100km.

The MG4 seems more versatile to me than the Dolphin, which relies mainly on design. The MG4 has proven itself and remains an excellent used option with low mileage.
