When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

MG MG4 is substantially cheaper – starting at 36,800 £ , while the Polestar 5 costs 101,700 £ . That’s a price difference of around 64,809 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the MG MG4 is barely more efficient: consuming 16.1 kWh/100km compared to 17.6 kWh/100km for the Polestar 5. That’s a difference of about 1.5 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the Polestar 5 offers slightly more range – reaching up to 670 km, about 125 km more than the MG MG4.

The MG4 seems more versatile to me than the Dolphin, which relies mainly on design. The MG4 has proven itself and remains an excellent used option with low mileage.
