When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

VinFast VF 8 is clearly cheaper – starting at 41,600 £ , while the Nissan Ariya costs 54,800 £ . That’s a price difference of around 13,286 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the VinFast VF 8 is a bit more efficient: consuming 21.9 kWh/100km compared to 24.5 kWh/100km for the Nissan Ariya. That’s a difference of about 2.6 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the VinFast VF 8 offers a bit more range – reaching up to 471 km, about 54 km more than the Nissan Ariya.
