Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

MG HS is considerably cheaper – starting at 30,000 £ , while the BMW X3 costs 51,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 21,266 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the MG HS uses 0.5 L/100km and is clearly more efficient than the BMW X3 with 2.8 L/100km. The difference is about 2.3 L/100km.
