Price and efficiency are often the first things buyers look at. Here it becomes clear which model has the long-term edge – whether at the pump, the plug, or in purchase price.

BYD Seal U is very slightly cheaper – starting at 34,300 £ , while the Togg T10X costs 35,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 1,037 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the BYD Seal U is substantially more efficient: consuming 12.1 kWh/100km compared to 19.1 kWh/100km for the Togg T10X. That’s a difference of about 7 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the Togg T10X offers only slightly more range – reaching up to 523 km, about 23 km more than the BYD Seal U.
