Incredibly poor quality, already half a dozen recalls, software problems, easily 20 visits to the workshop. Really terrible car.

The Ford Tourneo Custom is a very pleasant people-carrier. The engine has plenty of punch when accelerating, both from a standstill and at speed. The multimedia system works fine. It's a pity the battery capacity isn't used intelligently. It's also a shame the car is limited to 157 km/h — disappointing that Ford's engineering seems of lesser quality so that this low limiter is necessary. The layout is practical and you can easily change the configuration and remove seats. The front seats are perfect; the other seats have a somewhat short cushion. I have the short version, which is just over 5 metres long. With this short model you can get around town easily. My average consumption is about 1:16.

Extremely satisfied with my EX90, which has the top trim, Pro Ultra. I had an MY25 that had some problems, but my MY26 has absolutely no problems at all.

Full of faults — at least every other day there's something that needs to be fixed. Consumption 24 kWh/100 km in summer; in winter the range is half of what was promised. The safety would be good if the promised features actually worked.
