Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Kia EV3 is considerably cheaper – starting at 40,200 £ , while the Mercedes VLE costs 67,700 £ . That’s a price difference of around 27,532 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Kia EV3 is slightly more efficient: consuming 15.8 kWh/100km compared to 18.6 kWh/100km for the Mercedes VLE. That’s a difference of about 2.8 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the Mercedes VLE offers somewhat more range – reaching up to 707 km, about 135 km more than the Kia EV3.
