Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.
Porsche Cayenne is moderately cheaper – starting at 90,200 £ , while the Mercedes G-Class costs 106,600 £ . That’s a price difference of around 16,419 £.
Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the Porsche Cayenne uses 4 L/100km and is substantially more efficient than the Mercedes G-Class with 8.7 L/100km. The difference is about 4.7 L/100km.
