Price and efficiency are key factors when choosing a car – and this is often where the real differences emerge.

VW Passat is considerably cheaper – starting at 36,500 £ , while the Maserati GranTurismo costs 135,800 £ . That’s a price difference of around 99,314 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the VW Passat uses 1.2 L/100km and is clearly more efficient than the Maserati GranTurismo with 10 L/100km. The difference is about 8.8 L/100km.

That's just a Passat. Too expensive in my opinion, but it's up to each person to decide whether to throw their money into VW's maw. The car itself is somehow a legend.
