When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

In acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h, the BMW i7 is decisively quicker – completing the sprint in 3.70 s, while the Kia EV5 takes 8.40 s. That’s about 4.70 s faster.

In terms of top speed, the BMW i7 performs clearly perceptible better – reaching 250 km/h, while the Kia EV5 tops out at 165 km/h. The difference is around 85 km/h.

There’s also a difference in torque: BMW i7 pulls significantly stronger with 1100 Nm compared to 295 Nm. That’s about 805 Nm difference.

Space and Everyday Use:

Cabin size, boot volume and payload all play a role in everyday practicality. Here, comfort and flexibility make the difference.

In curb weight, Kia EV5 is clearly perceptible lighter – 2069 kg compared to 2595 kg. The difference is around 526 kg.

In terms of boot space, the Kia EV5 offers somewhat more room – 566 L compared to 500 L. That’s a difference of about 66 L.

When it comes to payload, BMW i7 minimal takes the win – 535 kg compared to 511 kg. That’s a difference of about 24 kg.
