Price and efficiency are often the first things buyers look at. Here it becomes clear which model has the long-term edge – whether at the pump, the plug, or in purchase price.

BYD Atto 3 is slightly cheaper – starting at 38,600 £ , while the Mercedes EQA costs 45,900 £ . That’s a price difference of around 7,312 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the BYD Atto 3 is only slightly more efficient: consuming 16.4 kWh/100km compared to 16.9 kWh/100km for the Mercedes EQA. That’s a difference of about 0.5 kWh/100km.
