Price and efficiency are often the first things buyers look at. Here it becomes clear which model has the long-term edge – whether at the pump, the plug, or in purchase price.

BYD Atto 3 is marginally cheaper – starting at 38,600 £ , while the smart #3 costs 42,000 £ . That’s a price difference of around 3,429 £.

As for electric range, the BYD Atto 3 offers a bit more range – reaching up to 510 km, about 55 km more than the smart #3.

Engine and Performance:
