Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Jaguar E-Pace is only slightly cheaper – starting at 32,400 £ , while the Tesla Model Y costs 34,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 1,877 £.

As for electric range, the Tesla Model Y offers substantially more range – reaching up to 622 km, about 553 km more than the Jaguar E-Pace.

Under the bonnet, it becomes clear which model is tuned for sportiness and which one takes the lead when you hit the accelerator.
