Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Kia EV3 is significantly cheaper – starting at 40,200 £ , while the Toyota Mirai costs 58,700 £ . That’s a price difference of around 18,523 £.

As for electric range, the Toyota Mirai offers somewhat more range – reaching up to 650 km, about 78 km more than the Kia EV3.

Under the bonnet, it becomes clear which model is tuned for sportiness and which one takes the lead when you hit the accelerator.
