When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

smart #5 is visibly cheaper – starting at 39,300 £ , while the Mercedes GLC costs 50,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 10,985 £.

As for electric range, the smart #5 offers clearly more range – reaching up to 590 km, about 462 km more than the Mercedes GLC.
