Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

XPeng G6 is moderately cheaper – starting at 37,400 £ , while the Polestar 2 costs 42,000 £ . That’s a price difference of around 4,620 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Polestar 2 is slightly more efficient: consuming 14.8 kWh/100km compared to 17.3 kWh/100km for the XPeng G6. That’s a difference of about 2.5 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the Polestar 2 offers markedly more range – reaching up to 659 km, about 134 km more than the XPeng G6.
