Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

BYD Atto 3 is substantially cheaper – starting at 38,600 £ , while the Tesla Model X costs 98,600 £ . That’s a price difference of around 60,000 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the BYD Atto 3 is somewhat more efficient: consuming 16.4 kWh/100km compared to 18.3 kWh/100km for the Tesla Model X. That’s a difference of about 1.9 kWh/100km.
