When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

Honda HR-V is considerably cheaper – starting at 29,100 £ , while the Volvo XC60 costs 58,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 29,220 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the Volvo XC60 uses 1.6 L/100km and is significantly more efficient than the Honda HR-V with 5.4 L/100km. The difference is about 3.8 L/100km.

Very nice car with plenty of interior space. Reliable engineering and, thank goodness, most functions are still operated with switches or knobs. It sits superbly on the road, although the standard Michelin Primacy 4 tyres produce a somewhat loud rolling noise. As a day-registered car in Elegance trim for €26,980 with zero kilometres, a real bargain. Honda and Toyota are absolutely equal in build quality and reliability. You can buy it without hesitation.
