Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Peugeot 2008 is substantially cheaper – starting at 24,800 £ , while the Mercedes G-Class costs 106,600 £ . That’s a price difference of around 81,828 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the Peugeot 2008 uses 4.9 L/100km and is substantially more efficient than the Mercedes G-Class with 8.7 L/100km. The difference is about 3.8 L/100km.
