Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Vauxhall Corsa is clearly cheaper – starting at 19,600 £ , while the Tesla Model Y costs 34,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 14,657 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Tesla Model Y is marginally more efficient: consuming 13.1 kWh/100km compared to 14.2 kWh/100km for the Vauxhall Corsa. That’s a difference of about 1.1 kWh/100km.

Very good car - but I sat better in the Mercedes E‑Class, the seats are a bit short and firm - price/performance ratio is currently unbeatable - Supercharger network is great and hassle-free - route planning works precisely - the cargo volume is gigantic
