Here’s where it gets real: The technical differences in detail

Costs and Efficiency:

When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

MG HS is substantially cheaper – starting at 30,000 £ , while the Volvo XC60 costs 58,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 28,286 £.

Fuel consumption also shows a difference: the MG HS uses 0.5 L/100km and is substantially more efficient than the Volvo XC60 with 1.6 L/100km. The difference is about 1.1 L/100km.

As for electric range, the MG HS offers clearly more range – reaching up to 100 km, about 21 km more than the Volvo XC60.
