When it comes to price and running costs, the biggest differences usually appear. This is often where you see which car fits your budget better in the long run.

BYD Atto 3 is very slightly cheaper – starting at 38,600 £ , while the smart #1 costs 40,700 £ . That’s a price difference of around 2,143 £.

As for electric range, the BYD Atto 3 offers clearly more range – reaching up to 510 km, about 110 km more than the smart #1.

Engine and Performance:

Under the bonnet, it becomes clear which model is tuned for sportiness and which one takes the lead when you hit the accelerator.

When it comes to engine power, the BYD Atto 3 offers somewhat more power – delivering 449 HP compared to 368 HP. That’s roughly 81 HP more horsepower.
