Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Tesla Model Y is significantly cheaper – starting at 34,300 £ , while the Cadillac OPTIQ costs 55,700 £ . That’s a price difference of around 21,437 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Tesla Model Y is significantly more efficient: consuming 13.1 kWh/100km compared to 19.9 kWh/100km for the Cadillac OPTIQ. That’s a difference of about 6.8 kWh/100km.
